Kolak Living has catered to the desire for open plan living by creating living areas that cascade onto each other, to create a sense of space. This has been achieved to some degree by locating the master bedroom to the rear of the home, which also allows the master bedroom to be treated as a sanctuary for the parents. Further, we have allowed these two areas to be separated
The outdoor entertaining areas is accessed by a sliding stacking door that has been recessed into the slab, for a
more flush finish. At 18m2 there is ample room for seating and outdoor cooking alike.
Kolak Living also ensured there was ample storage. The garage can accommodate two medium to large sized cars and also has an additional area for storage located at the rear of the home. The storage was designed to accommodate children’s toys, bikes, workbenches and or tools.
Kolak Living believed it was critical to have numerous storage solutions in the home, in addition to the garage, for example:
- The WALK in
pantry is slightly larger to allow for easier manoeuvring and filling of shelves, storing appliances such as large microwaves, kettles and toasters. - Two Linen cupboards and a larger cupboard to the rear of the home for the bedrooms and a smaller one to the front of the home.
